Avalon is rooted in an ancient, shamanic, goddess-based spiritual tradition of pre-colonial Europe. She connects us to the Otherworlds of spirit beneath the surface of the earth, and awakens powers of transformation and alchemy within our bodies.

She initiates each one of us through a purification of false identities and cultural conditioning. She invites us to embody self-love, and both reclaim our power and sovereignty, and return it to our Great Mother Earth.
